Transactions
View and manage all payment transactions on your platform. Track deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
Location: Dashboard → Transactions
Viewing Transactions
View all payment transactions across your platform.
- Go to Dashboard → Transactions
- See list of all transactions with:
- Transaction ID
- User information
- Amount
- Payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, Wallet)
- Status
- Date
- Use filters to find specific transactions
Transaction Statuses
Transactions can have different statuses:
- Pending - Transaction initiated, waiting for completion
- Processing - Transaction being processed
- Completed - Transaction successful
- Failed - Transaction failed
- Cancelled - Transaction cancelled
- Refunded - Transaction refunded
Viewing Transaction Details
View complete transaction information.
- Go to Dashboard → Transactions
- Find the transaction you want to view
- Click the "View" button (eye icon)
- Transaction details modal opens showing:
- Transaction ID
- User information
- Payment provider details
- Amount and fees
- Status
- Date and time
- Related order or payment information
Searching and Filtering Transactions
Find specific transactions quickly.
Search:
- Search by transaction ID, payment ID, charge ID, or user name/email
- Type in the search box
- Results update as you type
Filters:
- Status - Filter by transaction status
- Provider - Filter by payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, Wallet)
- Date From - Filter transactions from specific date
- Date To - Filter transactions until specific date
Click "Clear Filters" to reset all filters.
Each transaction shows:
- Transaction ID - Unique transaction identifier
- User - User who made the transaction
- Amount - Transaction amount
- Provider - Payment gateway used (Stripe, PayPal, Wallet)
- Status - Current transaction status
- Date - Transaction date and time
Payment Providers
Transactions can be made through different providers:
- Stripe - Credit card payments
- PayPal - PayPal payments
- Wallet - Internal wallet system
Filter by provider to see transactions from specific payment methods.
