Manage all gigs created by freelancers on your platform. Edit content, approve or reject submissions, change status, and feature gigs.
Location: Dashboard → Platform → Gigs
Editing Gigs
Edit any gig directly from the admin panel.
Navigate to Dashboard → Platform → Gigs
Click on the gig you want to edit
Click "Edit" button
Make changes in the tabs: Overview (title, category, tags, status), Pricing (packages and prices), Description & FAQ (description and questions), Requirements (what freelancers need from clients), or Gallery (images, videos, documents)
Click "Save" to apply changes
Approving Gigs
Pending gigs need admin approval before becoming visible to clients.
Go to Dashboard → Platform → Gigs
Find the pending gig (filter by "Pending" status if needed)
Click on the gig to view details
Review the gig: check title, description, pricing, and gallery images
Click "Approve" button
The gig status changes to Active and becomes visible to clients.
Before approving, make sure the gig has a clear title, good description (500+ characters), reasonable pricing, and quality images.
Rejecting Gigs
Reject gigs that don't meet your platform's quality standards.
Go to Dashboard → Platform → Gigs
Click on the gig to view details
Click "Reject" button
Enter a clear rejection reason explaining what needs to be improved
Click "Confirm Reject"
The freelancer receives a notification and can make changes to resubmit.
You might want to reject a gig for these reasons:
Incomplete information
Low-quality images
Unrealistic pricing
Poor description
Missing required fields
Changing Gig Status
Change a gig's status to control its visibility.
Go to Dashboard → Platform → Gigs
Click on the gig and then "Edit"
In the Overview tab, find the "Status" dropdown
Select the new status: Draft (not published), Pending (waiting for approval), Active (visible to clients), Paused (temporarily hidden), Rejected (rejected with reason), or Inactive (deactivated)
Click "Save"
Featuring Gigs
Featured gigs appear on your homepage and get more visibility.
Go to Dashboard → Platform → Gigs
Click on the gig and then "Edit"
In Overview tab, toggle "Featured" to ON
Click "Save"
Featured gigs appear in special sections across your platform, helping them get more exposure.
Best Practice: Feature high-quality gigs with good reviews. Rotate featured gigs regularly to showcase different categories.
Searching and Filtering
Find specific gigs quickly.
Search:
Type in the search box to find gigs by title or freelancer name
Search updates as you type
Filters:
Status - Filter by status (Pending, Active, Rejected, etc.)
Category - Filter by category
Click "Clear Filters" to reset.
Gig Edit Tabs Explained
When editing a gig, you'll see several tabs:
Overview Tab:
Change title, category, tags
Set status and featured option
Add rejection reason if needed
Pricing Tab:
Configure package prices
Set delivery times and revisions
Add extra services
Description & FAQ Tab:
Edit detailed description
Add frequently asked questions
Requirements Tab:
Set what information freelancers need from clients
Choose format: text, choices, or file upload
Gallery Tab:
Upload cover image (required)
Add gallery images (max 5, 5MB each)
Upload video (max 50MB)
Add documents (PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, max 10MB each)
