Upload your platform's logo, favicon, and customize branding elements.
Location: Dashboard → Settings → General
Uploading Favicon
The favicon appears in browser tabs, bookmarks, and browser history.
Requirements:
- Format: PNG, ICO, or SVG
- Size: 16x16, 32x32, or 48x48 pixels (square)
- File size: Maximum 1MB
- Recommended: 32x32 pixels PNG with transparent background
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → General
- Scroll to Logos section
- Find Favicon upload field
- Click "Choose File" or drag and drop
- Select your favicon file
- Preview appears automatically
- Click "Save" at the bottom
Uploading Logos
Deeplancer supports separate logos for light and dark themes.
Requirements:
- Format: PNG, JPG, or SVG
- File size: Maximum 2MB per logo
- Recommended dimensions: 200-400px width, 40-80px height
- Background: Transparent PNG recommended
Dark Theme Logo
The dark logo appears when users have dark mode enabled.
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → General
- Scroll to Logos section
- Find Logo Dark upload field
- Click "Choose File" or drag and drop
- Select your dark theme logo
- Preview shows automatically
- Click "Save"
Light Theme Logo
The light logo appears in light mode.
- In the same Logos section
- Find Logo Light upload field
- Click "Choose File" or drag and drop
- Select your light theme logo
- Preview appears automatically
- Click "Save"
Logo Design Tips
Best practices:
- Keep it simple for better recognition
- Use high contrast for visibility on both themes
- Maintain aspect ratio (don't stretch)
- Test both light and dark versions
- Use SVG when possible for perfect scaling
Common mistakes:
- Logos that are too tall (will be cut off)
- Low-resolution images
- Same logo for both themes (may not look good)
- Ignoring transparent backgrounds
Replacing Logos
To replace an existing logo:
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → General
- Find the logo you want to replace
- Click "Choose File" again
- Select your new logo file
- Preview updates automatically
- Click "Save"
The old logo file is automatically replaced. No need to delete it first.

Favicon:
- Browser tab icon
- Browser bookmarks
- Browser history
- Mobile home screen (when saved)
Logo (Light/Dark):
- Header navigation bar
- Admin dashboard header
- Email templates (if configured)
- Login and authentication pages
Troubleshooting
Logo not appearing:
- Clear browser cache (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R)
- Check file format (PNG, JPG, or SVG)
- Verify file size is under 2MB
- Ensure "Save" was clicked successfully
Logo looks blurry:
- Upload higher resolution version
- Use SVG format for crisp scaling
- Ensure original is at least 400px wide
Logo size issues:
- Logo container has maximum height
- Very tall logos may be cut off
- Very wide logos may be compressed
- Recommended: 200-400px width, 40-80px height
