View and manage all orders placed on your platform. Monitor order status, view details, and track transactions.
Location: Dashboard → Orders
Viewing Orders
View all orders placed by clients.
- Go to Dashboard → Orders
- See list of all orders with:
- Order ID
- Buyer information
- Seller information
- Gig details
- Price
- Status
- Use filters to find specific orders
Viewing Order Details
View complete order information.
- Go to Dashboard → Orders
- Find the order you want to view
- Click the "View" button (eye icon)
- Order details modal opens showing:
- Order information
- Buyer and seller details
- Gig information
- Package details
- Payment information
- Order requirements
- Order messages
- Delivery files
Order Statuses
Orders can have different statuses:
- Pending - Order placed, waiting to start
- In Progress - Work is being done
- Under Review - Work submitted, waiting for buyer review
- In Revision - Buyer requested changes
- Completed - Order finished and delivered
- Cancelled - Order cancelled
Searching and Filtering Orders
Find specific orders quickly.
Search:
- Search by order ID, buyer name, seller name, or gig title
- Type in the search box
- Results update as you type
Filter by Status:
- Filter by order status (Pending, In Progress, Completed, etc.)
- Select status from dropdown
- View only orders with specific status
Click "Clear Filters" to reset all filters.
Each order shows:
- Order ID - Unique order identifier
- Buyer - Client who placed the order
- Seller - Freelancer providing the service
- Gig - The gig/service ordered
- Package - Selected package tier
- Price - Order amount
- Status - Current order status
- Date - Order creation date
Monitoring Orders
Use the orders page to:
- Track all platform transactions
- Monitor order completion rates
- Identify problematic orders
- View order history
- Check payment status
